"We saw the need for residential and commercial handyman work and decided to start our venture with Park City Handyman Services." Professional service, years of experience, and friendly customer service led Gary to acquire a wonderful clientele and their youngest son, Nathan, joined him on his newly formed team. 


Nathan now leads the construction and remodeling business end. He enjoys working with his new team and prides himself on excellent craftsmanship and customer service.


Local Family History


Kimber Lee and Gary fell in love with life in Utah, and, in 2009, decided to make a move from California to Utah. The family initially started out in the Salt Lake City area where Gary was a Superintendent with Kone Elevators and charged with The City Creek Project in downtown Salt Lake City.  


Living in Utah was a great fit for their family; however, they were especially attracted to the Park City lifestyle, so they had an easy decision to make when they decided to stay locally in Park City when the project at City Creek was completed.  


Repairing the Need for Handyman Service


"We saw the need for residential and commercial handyman work and decided to start our venture with Park City Handyman Services." In addition to Lead Handyman, Gary is also a certified General Contractor. Professional service, years of experience, and friendly customer service led Gary to acquire a wonderful clientele and their youngest son, Nathan, joined him on his newly formed team.


Previous to owning her own business, Kimber Lee was the Vice President and Broker of Record for a mortgage company in Nevada and California. Upon moving to Park City, Kimber Lee worked for a local property management company and learned the ins and outs of quality property management. Kimber used her experience to grow their complimentary property management clientele quickly. She is currently working to obtain her real estate license to compliment their business.


Their other two children joined the team, and with the addition of all six family members, Park City Handyman and Property Management quickly grew to a team of thirty service agents!

Our hard work has paid off with accomplishing and winning first place in The Park Record's Best of Park City 2018 and 2019! In addition to our award for Handyman category, we also took third place for carpentry!
