Kimber Lee and Gary Williams fell in love with life in Utah, and in 2009, decided to make a move from California to Utah. The family initially started out in the Salt Lake City area where Gary was a Superintendent with Kone Elevators in charge of The City Creek Project in downtown Salt Lake City.

Living in Utah was a great fit for their family.  They were especially attracted to the Park City lifestyle, so they had an easy decision to make when they decided to stay locally in Park City when the project at City Creek was completed.    Residential and Commercial Handyman Work

"We saw the need for residential and commercial handyman work and decided to start our venture with Park City Handyman Services." Professional service, years of experience, and friendly customer service led Gary to acquire a wonderful clientele and encouraged his youngest son, Nathan, to join him on his newly formed team.

Nathan now leads the construction and remodeling business end. He enjoys working with his team and prides himself on providing excellent craftsmanship and customer service to his clients.

In addition to Lead Handyman, Gary is also a certified General Contractor.

Previous to owning her own business, Kimber Lee was the Vice President and Broker of Record for a mortgage company in Nevada and California. Upon moving to Park City, Kimber Lee worked for a local property management company and learned the ins and outs of quality property management. Kimber used her experience to grow their property management clientele quickly. Park City Handyman and Property Management quickly grew to a team of thirty service agents!

Gary and Kimber Williams have spent more than a decade building the business. Over the years they have grown serving the Park City community with more and more of its Home needs. In 2023 PCHS has now Expanded to one of the largest handyman crews of its kind in the US. Usually handyman means a one man show or maybe a few guys. Our team of about 25 technicians come from many different backgrounds and bring to the group their expertise from these various fields.

This enables PCHS to take on a job that might otherwise need the services of several companies to complete. A one stop shop.
